All the staff are wonderful. Procedures are done fast and comfortably. My final billing however was 40% more than my estimate. It was agreed that I would pay the estimate and wait for the accounting from insurance. Very flexible payment options.

The staff is extremely personable and professional. The doctor truly cares about his patients and never rushes when working with his patients. I drive 45 min. just to be seen because the care and treatment is the best that I have experienced for dental.

I hate going to the dentist, with that said. The people are friendly and go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable. I like that they explain everything before they do any work so you know what is happening.

I was very afraid to have 2 front teeth worked on at the same time for new caps. Thank goodness, the integrity of the tooth and post were still good. However, it was such an easy experience compared to many years ago. There was no pain. The temporary was quickly made and fits just fine. The people are so friendly and accommodating. It's quite a better experience work-wise than I've ever had in the past. I would recommend First Impressions to anyone looking for a dentist.
