Having moved frequently, I rarely go to the same dentist. Fortunately, all have been good experiences. First Impressions is a cut above the others Everything went smoothly. Everyone communicated very well and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
Dr. Flannigan and his staff treated me professionally, and courteously under very difficult conditions caused by the Coronavirus panic. They were set up to handle the restrictions with as little adverse impact as possible. The dental work was done very well!

All dental offices are currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, except for emergencies only. My son had been having tooth pain for 2 days. I called in at 4:15pm (end of the work day) hoping for a chance to get him in and spoke with Amy. She then phoned Dr. Flanagan and he agreed to come in and address the problem. We decided together it would be best to extract the tooth. We so greatly appreciated their willingness to get us in at the end of the day and relieve my sons pain! Thank you both so much!
My first impression of First Impression was very favorable. I am confident that my second impression will be equally impressive when I create an impression of my tooth that needs a crown. I hope you are impressed with my review. Jim
Dr. Flanagan and my hygienist, Jackie, are the best! Both are very caring and informative about what they are doing and what they have discovered concerning my oral health.
I love First Impressions!! They are loving and very empathetic! My experience with them is always positive. Some appointments, I walk in with tears but leave with a smile. They are the best and I would highly recommend them to everyone!!
