I reclined. I relaxed. I listened. As my teeth were examined and cleaned, I listened to the sounds around me. I heard professional conversation that was informative and encouraging. The atmosphere was highly congenial. Attention to detail was impressive. Recommendations for care of teeth and future professional attention were clear. I enjoyed this trip to the dentist.
It’s like being at home. If I’m going to inject pain to my self this is the place. There make you feel comfortable.
Yesterday was my first visit to First Impressions. It was a great first impression. From the first to the last person I saw, from intros to X-rays to cleaning everyone I saw was very professional, spoke well and treated me like I was their only patient that day. Dr. Flanagan was very informative and friendly and made me feel at ease. I am very thankful that our daughter has been going to him for years and suggested First Impressions to us for dental care since moving to a new state.

Serious precaution taken at entrance for covid , no wait for appt time, given goggles before thorough cleaning, then good review by Dr. Flanagan. Recommending my daughters to First Impressions.

First Impressions was very Covid-19 aware. Staff very friendly and informative.
After months of “Stay at Home” and current Social Distancing to arrive at the dentist office and have the door locked and have to call them from your car to let them know your there was the weirdest thing ever. Aside from that the staff was their merry selves behind their masks and as always made you feel welcome and comfortable.
