As always my dental exam was performed professionally, without pain, in a positive and clean environment. I had feedback to provide about a prior appointment where my questions had not been answered. The staff was very receptive and grateful for my feedback and the opportunity to rectify and improve on the situation. l have been a patient here for 16 years and plan to continue because the staff and dental care are outstanding!

Once again Dr. Scott treated me with the upmost care. I have other health issues that need to be considered as I seek dental treatment, and Dr. Scott is very knowledgeable about my situation. He spends time explaining all my options. He provides a very professional yet personable consultation.
Iâ??be been going to First Impressions for over a decade, continuing to stay with Dr Sherman even after moving down south to Vancouver Wa. The reason is that the Dr knows my teeth very well and has a long term plan for my mouthâ??s health. There are no uneccessary procedures or repairs - which I appreciate.
