Called me to the chair almost to the second of my appointment. Explained what was going on, performed the cleaning WITHOUT tapping my teeth with the mini-mirror or dragging steel instruments across my teeth. That alone would generate an excellent from me.

Dr Sherman and staff are truly 1st rate in their customer service and dental care approach throughout the visit, While dental visits can be painful, stressful, unpleasant experiences, not even close to being so with Dr Sherman's office. Procedures from cleanings to crowns all done with no pain, no stress, and by a truly wonderful and caring staff. As others have noted, you feel like part of the office family.
