Dr. Merzon spent about forty five minutes with me explaining everything and answering all my questions. Iâve never been so comfortable with a dentist. Thank you.
Dr. Merzon and his staff are terrific. They are kind, efficient, courteous and professional. All procedures are carefully explained ahead of time. After many years in Cambridge, I finally found a dentist I could trust.
I was very impressed with the high tech administrative record keeping at first impressions. Dr. Merzon also was very conscientious about making sure that my insurance would cover the treatment because FI was out of network. He took the time afterwards to show me how to brush my teeth properly. He also explained future issues that I might have with one crown.
I had a dental emergency and was seen promptly with care and concern Dr Merzon was very responsive with good ideas for treatment. He remained open during a snowstorm to see me. Anne W
My mom was a dental hygienist, so I've always had pretty positive associations with dentistry. But First Impression was far and away the best experience I have had. The office is small, clean, and runs on time. And Dr. Merzon was thorough, and kind, a truly remarkable dentist. Cannot recommend too highly!

Dr. Merzon comes off as professional and polite. He takes the time needed to answer questions and doesn't rush you out the door. The office has later hours which works well for me.
I initially contacted Dr. Merzon via email after hours, requesting an appointment for a diagnostic exam on the following day (Saturday). I received a phone call from him shortly thereafter confirming an appointment for the next day. I was seen and I canât say enough about the level of professionalism displayed by he and his staff. In addition, they are genuinely kind and caring. A five star experience! FYI, I was NOT a patient of his prior to this appointment-I will be now.
