Very rude over the phone
They was very friendly. But most of all they helped me when no one else would.. Having no credit is as bad as having bad credit and no one will give you credit because you don't have any.. Well first federal helped me too begin my credit and I am so grateful too them.. I will recommend this company any day.. Thank y'all too the first federal workers..
