I had my credit card number stolen in Houston while working and everyone I spoke with at The FFFCU was amazing in service and responding to the issue and solving the problem, from shutting down the card and replacing it with minimal impact my my everyday spending habits. The money was returned within days and the card replaced in a week, I couldn’t have asked for a better response. Thank you and continue the good work!

LOVE First Family! I had a baby last year and was contacted by my loan officer a few days after going home. She checked on my well being, the baby, and then told me that my loan payment was covered for the next three months due to a loan protection I had that I was unaware even existed. She did all the work for me and I didn’t have to do anything. You can’t find that kind of member satisfaction anywhere but here!
To the McAlester office Team. Every time I walk through the doors I am greeted with a smile. They know me by name and I always get great service. Thank you Teresa, Erin and Daylon and time all the employees. Y’all make life so much easier.
