three times now they have locked my card, left me stranded on a friday night out of town with no access to cash or debit. no explination given and zero customer servics.
FFFCU in McAlester is the best!! The people working there go above and beyond to help with your banking needs. Pretty much like visiting with old friends every time you walk through the door. My kind of people for sure.

I just made my 3rd vehicle purchase through FFCU with the AMAZING help of ALICIA at the Okmulgee branch. Goodness, I don’t know what I’d do without her. She answered so many questions I had with the purchase of this new vehicle, plus my husband and I have called her on several other occasions and she’s be such GREAT help with everything! She even ended up staying late because the dealership hadn’t faxed her the correct paperwork. I highly recommend FFCU and Alicia! 😊
