Well I just want to say the Credit Union has been a life saver for my wife and I. And I wouldn't want to bank anywhere else. The one thing I have learned is its not all about them. They really do care about there customers. So if you are looking for a great place get an account or maybe take a loan out go talk to my good friend Christy at the Henryetta Branch. Thank you for all you guys do for us.
RecommendedThe Checotah branch is the best!! Laurie and her crew are there to answer any crazy questions I have.. which is a lot!! Helping us to get the best possible loans for our needs.. They are all just very friendly and will help you out with whatever you need!! I know this is crazy but I don’t feel like I’m being judged like sometimes I do at other places! I give them 5 stars ⭐️ and if your looking for a helpful, friendly bank go see them!!
I love the Okmulgee branch!! I can't single out one person because they all are so amazing. Always fast friendly service. By far best credit union experience I've ever had!

one of the employees in okmulgee was so nasty to me,asked questions regarding a lost card she was horrible and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise..when I reported her to her supervisor she said she wouldn't have her apologize..so I pulled my money..you cant talk to ppl that way and expect to have their business After speaking with President still no resolution she needs to apologize..you can tell me I'm valued but the proof is in the puddin..showing and telling me is two different things..integrity would have caused me t... read more
My wife and I travel from Oklahoma City to do business with first family! Been a customer for 8 years and have never had an issue. Also we recently purchased a new truck and had the opportunity to work with Shannon Floyd for all of our questions and anything else we needed.
