I’ve dealt extensively with both the McAlester and Henryetta branch. Service is always top notch and the staff is very friendly. Personally I got tired of getting jerked around by the big main-chain banks and it led me to first family for 99 percent of my new loans. Faster/easier service, better terms, and no B.S! Been banking with them for over 10 years and won’t be going anywhere!

I absolutely LOVE Family First Creait Union they are so nice and really have been there for me when i needed them most ...i have never had a bank or credit union so accomidating as they have been ... my checotah branch ROCKS! Laurie and the girls are always so nice and on top of their game . They really are like family!! Thank you family first credit union!!
