I don’t know where I should start: I walk in to this location and I get checked in. The eye tech guy who does the exam and the eye test is always fantastic but is the only part that was good about my visit. I do my eye visit with dr Bailey and get my new contact prescription. Here is when the problems begin: they sit me down to check out and pay. I politely ask for my contact prescription (because I get my contacts elsewhere) and dr Bailey tells me that sure I can get it but asks me why I need it. I tell her in front of the ... read more

Dr Bailey takes her time with you, answers your questions and makes sure you walk out knowing your eyes were taken care of. Her entire staff is knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been a patient for 7 years and highly recommend her and First Eye Care West Plano.

Dr. Bailey is awesome and genuinely cares about your eyesight. Her staff is friendly and accommodating, and the office is easy to get to. They work with you and your insurance to make sure you get the glasses or contacts you want!
