One of their rentals has 6' tall weeds. We've asked to have them cut down but were told it's on a long list and they only have one helper. This helper only has a weed eater to cut these 6' weeds and it's about a half acre. Completely incompetent at managing rental property.
Myself and a friend were moving to Ft Bragg for a full-time position and I was able to contact Carol who works at this office. She did an amazing job of talking to me on the phone about our options and establishing good contact between us. She was able to show us around the rentals she had available and was willing to work with us in many different ways. Would not recommend realtor/property manager Jonathan Hughes. I was interested in a rental listed online by him and called and left a message at the office no call back, called his cell no call back, texted regarding my interest asking if I could make an appt to see the rental and didn’t receive a reply until I offered to complete an application first, to which he replied with the office address and hours.
