This is possibly the worst "financial institution" ever! Customer service representatives are extremely uninformed. Fees are ridiculous and outrageous! Honestly, I think random people on the street are more knowledgeable about banking. I have closed all my accounts and moved my money elsewhere. Let's just say, you're better off keeping your money in a paper bag under your mattress than at First Entertainment Credit Union.

6 Months into the pandemic, 0 loan relief when it comes to payment. Just open up 2 branches to make transaction that can not be done in a timely fashion online. It's faster to make a Capital One payment on a credit card payment from Chase then it is First Entertainment Credit union. Also it's faster to pay a credit card (overnight) then to send "Dash cash" (2-3 business days). I guess banking is not an essential business, maybe only when your behind on a payment does First Entertainment Credit Union will reach out but their ... read more
