Loren was very helpful polite and professional as we worked through a complicated process to get a truck titled and licensed. Great job and she was patient as well - thanks Loren.
Beware!!! They charge a handling fee for every transaction it is outrageous and they do not inform you of this before hand. I had a title mailed to me for $2.00 and was charged $19.75 for the handling fee. 2 titles $40.00 this is absurd. Poor customer service go to DMV
