Shad and his team were excellent. I can’t recommend them enough for your insulation needs. I needed the fiberglass insulation under my house removed and spray foam insulation installed. I called and got several quotes from various companies. First Defense wasn’t the cheapest, but they were upfront and honest with me from the beginning. First Defense Insulation did an awesome job spray foaming my house. The difference it has already made (unfinished house at the moment) in the heat coming through the roof and sound through the walls is incredible! I worked with Shadrick on going through the process, and they were quite patient with my constantly changing schedule. Additionally, if you have old insulation, they will come and vacuum it out. Owner John Blackwelder installs foamed in place insulation and stands behind his product. The insulation greatly improved the comfort in our house, but we had a problem with our roof vent after the work was complete. He sent someone out and took care of it for us.
