Tried making a payment and they're changing a bit more for paying with my debit card which I understand what I don't understand is why they gave me a different reason for charging extra last month but my problem is the males that answer literally hung up when I was ready to give my card info and wouldn't answer me after I kept calling repeatedly
I have been trying the past few days to contact their offices directly and no one seems to be answering..Has this finance company closed? Seems that when I get to the operator someone picks up but noone says anything? Past months I had no issues trying to get in contact with someone re: payment on my vehicle. They are Try to rip me off and overcharged me, Trying to say I'm late when I'm not. Telling me I'm not allowed to talk to accounting. So I can go over my bill. I get nothing but the runaround with these people I can clearly say they're unprofessional don't know anything about PR. They're all about ripping off the consumer. (Had nothing but issues with this company) I'm currently fighting with them but the overcharges
