ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!!! I have had my car for about 4 years now and have soooo many issues with this company! I woke up to my car being REPO'd when I have not been behind on my payments! I called and the lady told me that I was missing Julys payment! spoke with a manager who then told me that I made Julys payment but I was then missing my payments for Aug, Sept, and October! after I provided the manager with the dates, times and amounts that shows that I made those payments she said they can audit my account. This company is horrible terrible customer My husband was not behind on his payments and they claimed he was so he called and said I will pay whatever you think I am behind on so you do not take my car they told him an amount he paid it right away and they still told the tow truck driver to take it away. My daughter is not a full month behind in her payment and they came and repossessed her car. She spoke with (supposedly a manager) that told her that they would push March's payment to the end of her contract. She called them crying that they just took her call and they told her that there is nothing they can do and hung-up on her. She called back and they told her that once she pays her payment that they will tell her where her car is. This is straight bull-****. I AM CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY RIGHT NOW..

Absolutely TERRIBLE business. It is 2021 and they only allow you to pay by mail in check or over the phone. No autopay whatsoever. Biggest issue is you can hardly EVER get ahold of them to make a payment. I have to wait on hold for almost an hour every month and make multiple calls because they will just hang up on you while you are on hold. The customer service reps always have a nasty attitude and don't seem to care whatsoever. Will NEVER in my life do business with these people again nor recommend them to my worst enemy. ... read more

Very let down by First Credit Finance. They run like a very small town greedy business. I've called several times and asked to speak with the top manager and been given false information. In the middle of a pandemic today I was told that is right now over by a supervisor who wasn't helpful at all. We are in the Middle of a pandemic and of course people like me have fallen behind. This company is horrible, I got a letter stating I didn't have full auto insurance coverage, my coverage has never changed and it's because they don't know how to read a policy, the customer service agent hung up on me, my insurance faxed and emailed the coverage again they are still stating I don't have full coverage when I clearly do and trying to charge me for their policy. I guess it's time to get a lawyer involved

Extremely high rates. Horrible service. No website for acct. info, maintenance, status, and contact. No after-hours drop box for payments apart from DURING work hours! And no texting. So to summarize, no way to reach them apart from phone calls during work hours. No way to pay a bill except IN-PERSON during work hours. And the people who work there are the rudest I've ever come across and that's saying a LOT.
