First Cornerstone Group LLC's Con Artist & Crook :Lance Edwards really bad company don't waste your money or time
I bought his course, attended the training, and yes I also paid for coaching. Don't expect to make money in small apartments without putting in the work. I implemented his course immediately, negotiated my first deal a month later which was six duplexes on one property (12 units total) and sold it within 45 days for a profit of $105,000. Yes his course works and if all you complainers do the work as I did, you'll find success as well.

Lance is one of the biggest con artist I've seen in a while. DO NOT BE DECEIVED. There are so many loopholes to his programs it doesn't make sense. You're lucky if you get a call back after you pay. OK some people are complaining here especially Penelope. I used to work for Lance Edwards selling his programs and doing presentations. The truth of the matter is 95% of the people that take his courses and mentoring don't do anything! Penelope is probably one of them.
