I had the good fortune to be able to consider refinancing my mortgage with First Mortgage working with Matt R****. All of our transactions were handled long-distance--either by phone or email. David P***** at First Community Mortgage was fantastic to work with. He answered our many questions with straight-forward, honest answers. We never felt belittled or as if our concerns were a nuisance. He did an outstanding job communicating with us as well as our realtor and builder when necessary. I had a great experience, my loan officer was amazing. Having a home built is a lengthy process compared to purchasing an existing home. My loan officer, Dorothy, was available. Every phone call was returned and questions answered within 24 hours. She is honest, patient, and kind. I've already recommended her to family & friends.
