Take pictures of any water damage to your unit from leaking roofs and be sure to call the city inspector at 311. They will not fix anything otherwise. Trust me on that one. These folks simply don't care--about your health and safety, about maintenance, etc.
Tried to reach a specific person about property they manage and no response for last month. Horrible customer relationship and service.
First Commercial has changed management several times in the 7 years I have lived here. (I own). And management are rude and very unprofessional. I have complained about the neighbor leaving trash in the breezeway and they never do anything!! They charge for a pool key. And they charged me twice. I have only had a few issues and they fail everytime.
Toni at First Commercial was very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to resolve an issue for us. I highly recommend First Commercial Real Estate.
