This is one of those "if I could give 0 stars, I would" scenarios. First Commercial basically operates like a slumlord, even to owner/occupants like me. Water has been leaking through the roof into my unit for several days. This has caused my hallway and kitchen ceilings to drip water continuously when it rains. My hallway ceiling is in danger of imminent collapse. Though I pay monthly HOA dues and FC's bylaws clearly state that exterior issues, including (expressly stated) leaking roofs are their responsibility, they refuse... read more
I just moved in about a week ago, and I'm loving it!! The area is very quiet. I haven't had any problems so far! They were very informative and helpful during the move in process.
Me and my boyfriend moved in last month and it has been great. Super convenient area and helpful property managers. Definitely recommend.
Since moving in December 1, 2023, First Commercial has been very accommodating and responsive to my needs as a new tenant.
