These people are harassing my mom and allowing a neighbor to do the same. Won’t let her break her lease and nothing is to code. Toni and Christy are rude and callous and should find other jobs! Don’t move here they are cheap apartments with bugs and tons of health violations.
I really hate to do a review on my place of residency but I have been having the hardest time with the office staff in particular Toni Grabber. This lady will place charges on your rent just for fun. Leaving tenants wondering what it is and where it came from. This is one of those "if I could give 0 stars, I would" scenarios. First Commercial basically operates like a slumlord, even to owner/occupants like me. Water has been leaking through the roof into my unit for several days. This has caused my hallway and kitchen ceilings to drip water continuously when it rains. My hallway ceiling is in danger of imminent collapse. Though I pay monthly HOA dues and FC's bylaws clearly state that exterior issues, including (expressly stated) leaking roofs are their responsibility, they refuse... read more
I just moved in about a week ago, and I'm loving it!! The area is very quiet. I haven't had any problems so far! They were very informative and helpful during the move in process.
Me and my boyfriend moved in last month and it has been great. Super convenient area and helpful property managers. Definitely recommend.
