I lived at First Colony Flats for two years in Unit 209. It was the worst living experience I have EVER had. The property is managed by Legend Property Group, and in my experience, tenant safety and basic living conditions are not a priority. Security & Safety This property is an easy target for crime because management does nothing to prevent it. There are no cameras and no visible security measures.
