Would give no stars if it was an option. I have been dealing with a nuisance of a neighbor for over a year. During this time there have been 3 property managers with a 4th starting recently. I have escalated the disruptive behavior to regional management with no resolution to report and it has taken a year just to get to that level of contact. Structural fixes have been made in an attempt to bandaid the problem which is in reality the individual who lives above me. What is not made very clear in the lease is that smoking is ... read more

Big mistake. On our move in day it started to rain on 5/29/2020. I texted and said I did not want the apartment and that I was not comfortable taking the apartment as is. I wanted them to fix the leak before the lease starts. Basically said she would move me to an apartment that was 300 square feet less and I could take the current apartment or take that one.
