Dr.Sabban is the BEST doctor the staff is great!
RecommendedCould not say enough good things about this place. My baby had her 2 month shots today and the Medical Assistant was amazing soothing her and calming her afterwards. They take very good care of my 2 month old baby girl. Thankful for a Drs office nearby!
The lady giving shots was great she was friendly helpful offered to go out of her way to retrieve shot records for me very pleased with them my daughter got 4 shots didn't cry once very gentle informative and Dr. Yatco was very informative and thorough!
Tried to make an appointment today and couldn't even get someone on the phone. When I called again hours later I was on hold for over 10 minutes before finally just hanging up.
Took our newborn there...first impressions not good. Waited in the newborn waiting room which was disgusting. Some type of body fluid was on the wall...still there when we went back a week later (for the last time). Spills on the floor, dirty seats (Clorox wipes, people), dusty on the baseboards, etc...Our appointment was at 9am - we waited in the little room for an hour. That room was also very dirty. To be a new office it really needs to be cleaned better. There was no toilet paper In the bathroom had to use paper towels to wipe on. I know some kids had to flush them down the toilet because toilet was backing up when we left. Base boards all scared up. Needs a new coat of paint. I also hate the fact that they don't keep the window open at the front desk and they have a sign posted not to knock on glass. So there you stand untill their ready to open the window.
Friendly staff & really good doctors... Easy to get an appointment...
