I called and Casey worked with me over the phone to troubleshoot an issue. He was very professional and personable. He fixed the issue (broken spring) and took time to do some preventative maintenance on the door and show me how to keep it running smooth. Very impressed with the level of service and pricing! Highly recommended.

Hands down the BEST customer service! Friendly, fast and VERY knowledgeable about all things garage. After I got worked over by another company in both price and service, First Coast Garage Doors fixed one of the frustratingly simple things the other company just hadn't bothered to do right. And fixed it first thing in the early morning so I wouldn't even be late for work. If you need garage repairs or replacement, don't hesitate to call Casey and rest assured you won't need to worry about a single thing!
Called First Coast garage doors last Wednesday morning to get an estimate to replace my 30 year old manual door. Casey set up an estimate for that afternoon. Price was good so we agreed to set up install for 10AM Monday morning. On Monday Casey showed up just as agreed with his helper and got right to work. Couple hours later and the new door and power opener was installed and looking and working perfectly. Awesome job and super easy to deal with.
Our company manages over 20 beach houses in S Ponte Vedra. Casey is my first call for any garage door issues. He has always been on top of it, no matter how big or small the job.
