Amazing service from Casey. We called First Coast Garage Door on a Sunday afternoon and they had our problems fixed by 9am Monday morning as well as showed us how to properly maintain and service our garage door. The end cost was probably 30% less than garage door services we have had in the past. We will be using them going forward when we have any issues. Very honest and punctual people.
The saying is not always true the one that implies you pay for what you get. Because the service rendered exceeded the price I paid FCG. The representative was very genuine, helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the equipment/services I needed. I was left with the feeling of not just excellent customer service but a relationship.

Our spring broke on the two bay side of our garage one day when I was getting ready to close the door. My son had just walked out less than a minute before it crashed down. It shook the house and made a sound I'll never forget. Casey came out and put new springs on the two bay and single bay doors and he replaced all the bearings as well. He was amazing, friendly, and fast! I will only use him in the future! Casey, you have a customer for life!
