I came in as a first time walk in client. Cynthia was very punctual and started the washing process upon 4 minutes of my arrival. Everything went well until the end. I had 3 bundles and although they were thin and my head is small, Cynthia could’ve definitely used all 3 for a fuller look. There were so many gaps and spaces available where additional hair could’ve been placed. She tried to fix it multiple times, she added more hair, and curled it to make it look fuller.
