The owner went to my husbands job to threaten him for me leaving a review. 0/10, would never use this company or recommend to anyone. I posted a bad review that the owner already begged us to take down, we did and gave him another chance- and tonight Brent was at my husbands work threatening his business if I left a bad review. We hired First Class Roofing to put a new roof on our house in mid-June 2018. We were told it would be about 3 weeks until they could begin. After several weeks we began to inqire when they would begin. We were constantly told that it would be the next week - week after week after week. My husband confirmed with them that they would absolutely begin in early September. It is now October - and we are stcuk with a leaky old roof on our house. No one EVER showed up to do the work.
I had great work done from this company then one day they quit returning my calls. (3 calls not returned) Very disappointing.
