We hired First Class Roofing to put a new roof on our house in mid-June 2018. We were told it would be about 3 weeks until they could begin. After several weeks we began to inqire when they would begin. We were constantly told that it would be the next week - week after week after week. My husband confirmed with them that they would absolutely begin in early September. It is now October - and we are stcuk with a leaky old roof on our house. No one EVER showed up to do the work.
I had a lot of great work done through this company then one day they quit returning phone calls. Very disappointed...
Brent and his Guys are by far the best Roofing and Gutter company in Mooresville they did a jam up job on my Gutters on my building............
This company is superb. The workers came early and worked hard for over 10 hours on the first day. They removed all the old roof and hauled it away then repaired damaged plywood and installed an ice and water barrier on the shallow porches. They hand nailed all the tar paper, shingles, and vent cap then cleaned up meticulously. All the materials (Certain Teed) and the labor were indeed first class. I can not say enough about the quality of the work. I highly, and without reservation, recommend them.
I used to work for this guy and he is the best person ive ever worked for and his work is always right and done with respect for your home!!!
