The time they say you have an appointment is not the time they come! We called and they gave us a 9 am time. We were in an RV Park. We told our neighbor about the service so two other coaches call and they get a time from 9-9:30. The guys come at 10 and since they have three to wash they start at the first coach not the first appointment scheduled. So we ended up last! Spoke to the guys and they said they would get to us too.
