Offering a service, then not letting customers know they “no longer have a limo service” TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS! Then having the audacity to not issue a refund? Trash. IF YOU BOOKED WITH THEM FOR A LIMO/ PARTY BUS SERVICE- YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! Thank god you all have been reported to more than one agency and LEGAL action will be taken with this fishy company.
Scammers! How can you not tell your customers you went out of business and then not initiate a refund, y’all are garbage
These people tried to steal $200 from me by posing as a limo company. The owner Melissa’s daughter also created a fake Facebook profile to harass me.
I highly recommend First Class. Very professional. Appointment confirmations and follow up texts. I appreciated the attention to detail and fantastic customer service. We had two cars detailed and they looked like they just came off the showroom floor. I will use First Class for all of our vehicle details.
We had SUCH a good experience with First Class from start to finish. Everything about their work was professional, high quality, and thoughtful. They were kind and pleasant to work with and my husband's 11 year old car looks like new. Cannot recommend more highly. GREAT work!
