Best carpet cleaning experience I’ve ever had. Everything happened just like they explained, from the appointment reminder text to the final price, which matched the quote. Elias even sent a message again the morning of the appointment with a courtesy arrival window, which made the whole visit easy to plan. Earlier this week, we first hired another carpet cleaning company to try to clean our $500 area rug after our dog had an accident on it, but the results were awful.
