I wish I could give them less than one star. My warranty people sent them. The guy that comes to the house is fine. The customer service and follow through is garbage. The appointment setter is a horrible woman. I had to go through my warranty company constantly just to get responses from them.
Very good work
Repair was good. Price a bit high. I ordered a part from him. It came in and was not the right one. I understand non-refundable on special order. But, he wasn’t willing to go the extra mile and find out what the discrepancy was so I could get the right part. I asked him on 3 different occasions to send me the info of the distributor so that I could call them directly and try to determine what I need. He always promised to send it, but never did.
Great service tech responded quick and fixed my freezer and washer in the first trip very satisfied with their service thanks.
My fridge broke down so I called First Class they not only responded fast but also fixed my fridge quickly! Great customer service and prices I would definitely recommend their service!
