Got a car 2 years ago, and it crapped out on me. Got it in July 2023, and last year in August, had to pay thousands of dollars for repairs. And even now, still having to get repairs and paying more. Terrible.
This was hands down the easiest and quickest car buying experience I have ever had. Our first visit literally took about an hour. We went back a few days later to sign for the car which took 20 minutes. Bob was straight forward and so easy to deal with. The car was absolutely impeccable. Their finance team was even able to find me a much more competitive rate than the one I was pre-approved for. We will definitely be going back for our next vehicle.
Friday, I visited two other BIG name dealerships in Rochester, NH. 1st City was the ONLY dealership who had a salesman actually WALK up to me in the lot! (I guess the others are not interested in actually selling their inventory 🤷) The staff is very friendly, patient and professional. Most importantly, they did NOT push a sale!
