My review is based on the handling of financing the vehicle I was purchasing. Let me state upfront. I didn't ask questions. I just blindly went along because I was in a desperate situation. I sat with the bookkeeper and completed the financial paperwork on the computer. It wasn't until it came to signing that I learned my interest rate was 21%! I had a real meltdown. Got a car 2 years ago, and it crapped out on me. Got it in July 2023, and last year in August, had to pay thousands of dollars for repairs. And even now, still having to get repairs and paying more. Terrible.
This was hands down the easiest and quickest car buying experience I have ever had. Our first visit literally took about an hour. We went back a few days later to sign for the car which took 20 minutes. Bob was straight forward and so easy to deal with. The car was absolutely impeccable. Their finance team was even able to find me a much more competitive rate than the one I was pre-approved for. We will definitely be going back for our next vehicle.
