Larry didn't want to show up to inspect my unit. Knew I had been without heat/air for multiple days. Didn't return my original call after more than a week. I had to call again. He then canceled due to rain? Then called 30 minutes before arrival and wanted to cancel because it was too cold... Good luck getting on his schedule.
Larry has always been very responsive and has replaced or repaired many package and split units for me. Highly recommend. A pro's pro.
First Choice Service recently put in a Rheem 3.0 ton gas pack at my home in Franklin. Larry did a very professional job and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
