RecommendedAlways a happy pleasant experience. They work hard to get us in as quick as possible and answer all questions. Great practice.
The doctor is great. Her staff, especially the front desk staff is not. She loses a lot of patients due to their rudeness and borderline contempt. If you try to address with with office admin or the doctor you get stonewalled.
My now-19-year-old son was a patient of Dr. Schaefer's since his birth, and she also cared for my now-22-year-old firstborn child from age 3. Dr. Schaefer's caring, professional, and kind staff soothed my children AND me through several infirmities. Each office member was unfailingly polite, always. The whole patient is the focus. I only wish my grown-up babies could still be patients here!

Dr Schaefer has been our pediatrician for 12 years now! Wow! From our first interview as new parents before our first was born to now helping troubleshoot stomach issues in our 9 year old- she and her team have been amazing! If I ever question what I need to do, just call and she or Dr Ashley will help ease my worry and get us squeezed in the next time they can. Love them!
For the past 10 years Dr. Schaefer and her staff have been part of our family. They have always seen my children to matter how busy and been honest and caring with them.
We love all things Dr. Schaefer! ♥️ Been bringing my redheaded Manchild (Zach) to her for 12yrs+. She, Ashley, & the whole staff are adored by us... thank you for all you do!
We have been coming to First Choice since my twins were born 5 years ago and have since added another one! We love the staff, we have always been taken care of, and they always answer any questions we have ever had. It takes a lot to find an amazing Dr.s office for yourself but equally as hard, if not harder, to find the quality care for your children, this is why we drive from Norman to Edmond for our girls!
