RecommendedWe love this office & reccomend them to everyone! the friendliest, kindest most patient staff. They take such great care of my kiddos and always go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and satisfied with every visit. My children love going to the doctor because they love everyone there and I always feel confident that we are receiving the absolute best care possible! There just arent enough words to express how much we love this place and these people!
My grandkids I am raising are patients here and they have the best staff and professional doctors and nurses! They really care for their patients. I HIGHLY recommend them.
These ladies are amazing!! I've been taking my kids to them for a year and a half now and by far they've delivered the best care to them. They remember who your children are as well as who you are. You can definitely tell they care.
I called the doctor's office today to ask questions about my bill. I asked the office to refile the claim to the insurance. I was informed but she knew her job better than I do and that I better not get an attitude with her. I myself have been a medical biller and know the procedure. when I calmly asked her what I needed done. she still got hostile. I guess Facebook is right on how they treat people. I found a doctor elsewhere. a very big Lakin customer service. I feel sorry for dr. Schaefer having staff like this.
I’ve been taking my children here for a few years and I have always had a great experience. The nurses are so kind & patient with my kids. Every time my toddler is sick they are always quick to get us in, which is greatly appreciated!
Took my 2 youngest kiddos for their annual before school check-ups last week and once again I'm reminded why they have been our pediatrician through 5 boys and 1 girl for nearly a decade now. The are all fantastic! Always get my kiddos in when sick, they remind me when to set up flu shots or other immunizations, and they always call to confirm your appointment the day BEFORE! Rude front desk staff and poor communication. After hearing how they treated a fellow Edmond mom I’ll be sure to discourage other families from going here. You never know much word of mouth can affect your business!
We have used Dr Schaefer for almost 21 years now. Sadly our youngest is about to graduate out of pediatrics too. We are so glad she has been there for our kiddos. Our kids will likely take their own kids (way down the road) to her too because they have always liked her.
Our family can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Schaefer and her ENTIRE staff. We’ve always been greeted with smiles, and left with every question and concern addressed. Her nurses are amazing, and her NP’s are top notch. Her office will continue to be our safe place for our family ❤️
