I love the providers and staff
My Mom (who is elderly and relies on oxygen) just called because her power is out from the storm, and her regulator doesn’t work for the portable tank. After being on hold for 50 minutes, the woman there just YELLED at my Mom and told her that she had other people more important than her and that my Mom (who again needs oxygen) needed to go get in her car and go to a fire station to help her. Went for what was likely strep throat. Saw the incompetent, poorly trained PA who literally googled the symptoms in front of me. They even more idiotic nures only did one instant assay strep test (which has high rates of false negatives), did not perform the 24 hour strep test, nor the influenza test. Then the incorrect antibiotics were prescribed. After 24 hours I ended up in the ER because I couldn't breath & had a severe upper respiratory infection. Love this place! Every doctor, nurse, and entire staff is friendly, loving, and caring. Definitely recommend this place.
First choice medical Center has been my family practice doctors office for a little over year now. And that time I have received nothing but exceptional care!
