I am a highly qualified certified nursing assistant. I answered this companies ad. They advertised pay ranging from seventeen to twenty dollars and hour. Turns out they claim it costs them seven hundred a month for health insurance per employee, and they accounted for that when stating they pay so much an hour. The actually pay eleven to twelve dollars an hour. Which if you are looking for someone to actually care for a loved one, you get what you pay for. I signed up with this company, when my client went into the hospital (from another company) I do not know where to start. I was treated poorly, spoken to rudely and the majority of office staff are very young with a poor attitude, lack of life skills, and of appreciation for us CNA'S. They would not have a job if it were not for us, as well the clients. Their concern lies with covering themselves and advertising positions that oddly are all full within hours of posting. This is the WORST company I have ever used. Please do NOT trust your love one to a company that does not care! Plus, this company doesn't even pay their employees once and month. In return employees are not coming to work because they do not know IF they will get paid. Our caregiver didn't get paid for hours work for almost 2 months. She could not come because she did not have gas money!!
