Lou B. performed our inspection and during it, I followed him around noting things that needed done. At the outside furnace exhaust, as we went to observe it, I noticed a strong gas smell and mentioned it to Lou and my realtor Jessica W. who was also present at the inspection. He didn't say much about it. I asked if it was normal and he said yes. So, on move in day we move in and the downstairs furnace is blowing cold air out. Non- functioning. Lou is professional, punctual, and is well-trained in his field. He had just returned from a continuing education course out of state the day before he inspected my property. He's passionate about what he does. I followed him around during the inspection because I wanted to learn all I could about my future first home. He was glad to teach me anything and answered all my questions. His reports are thorough and very detailed. I will be recommending that my friends and family call Lou.

Value on top of value on top of value! I recently sought out an inspection company to assist me with building my REI portfolio.
