Recently move here and fell outside. My wrist was broke, it was very obvious! Got to First Choice and received treatment. Staff was friendly and explained everything that was taking place! Thankful for the service I received...
I was visiting family for Thanksgiving when my youngest daughter came down with a very high fever. I took her to First Choice Emergency Room. We were greeted immediately and barely had time to sit down before we were escorted to a child friendly room. My daughter had a GREAT experience. The doctor, nurse, respiratory therapist and other staff on hand were wonderful! I would highly recommend First Choice ER...the care we received was excellent and quick!
Truly the best ER experience ever. No wait, excellent service and your condition is treated to your satisfaction. what really impressed me is the follow up call by the ER doctor who treated you to make sure you are feeling better. The name first choice is very fitting and well earned.
No waiting time. In and out in less than 1 hour, and this included x-rays. After treatment, discharge was quick unlike hospital ERs, which takes a real long time and you are unsure whether they forgot about you or not. Very new and clean facility. Great staff.
So thankful First Choice was right around the corner this morning! The staff got Casen in VERY fast and they were wonderful with him. Seeing his obvious love for Spiderman, Dr. Jones starting shooting webs and instantly gained Casen's trust. Thank you so much Dr. Jones and STAFF!!!
Brought my 5 yr. old daughter. Very pleasant staff. My daughter was supposedly transferred to TCH initially but the Dr. had cleared things up with the accepting MD at TCH. I must say Pediatrics is not their expertise but still they tried to accommodate the best they could. My rating is about customer service and location

My first impression....very pristine, everything brand new. Warm reception from all the staff members. Very polite. Was dehydrated and they offered Gatorade. I got a copy of my records and x-ray and they sent my records to my primary physician.
Seen quickly. No wait! Receptionist even gave us a map of pharmacies open 24 hours as I was seen about 9:30 pm.
