They took care of me. They saw I was in pain the moment, I opened my car door and took me right in. Awesome Place.
I went in with my daughter to take both of her boys at the same time for a procedure.. The nurses and all staff were so nice, polite, generous, helping and loving... I had to get back to work and was worried how my daughter would handle both boys at the same time. The nurses and staff just comforted me and said don't you worry about a thing we will help watch one while she goes get the other out of recovery and we will help her to the car and get them both in a car seat.. Two weeks ago my oldest son was in a lot of pain with his knee. I drove all the way to my kids after hours care doctor, just to find out that it was too late(even though we got their 30mins before they close. I then remember that i saw First Choice on our way back. In less than 5mins we saw a doctor. The staff was SUPER friendly and courteous. the sad thing was, they do not accept medicaid. We had an excellent experience at First Choice ER. We were seen before we completed the registration paperwork--less than a 5 minute wait at 3 am. The receptionist was very welcoming and courteous. The doctor was extremely personable and knowledgeable about my husband's condition and he was treated with the utmost care and compassion. We were not rushed and all our questions and concerns were addressed by the nurse and doctor. I really appreciated how quickly they took me in and the care I received. They were very thorough and the follow up was even more re-assuring that I received the the right diagnosis. Special thanks to Dr. Ali and his staff that day.
We were seen very quickly; no wait! The facility was clean and well cared for. My daughter gets hysterical at any kind of doctor visit, and this was no exception. Both nurses and Dr. Jones were extremely patient and calm with her. They acted quickly to get her the help she needed and we were on our way home. I was impressed that they called the next day to check on her, and then sent her a card in the mail. We'll definitely return should the need arise!
