I was injured in a car accident, but I had two children (who were thankfully not hurt) with me. So, I didn't want to wait in a hospital ER all night. Luckily, I passed by First Choice. The nurses, staff and doctor were wonderful. I received excellent care (and follow up the next day). Most importantly, everyone was incredibly kind and patient with my kids. I highly recommend First Choice.
We were very pleased with the service when we took our 2 1/2 year old in ... the staff were extremely friendly and brought stickers and apple juice to calm our son. We had a great experience and definitely recommend First Choice Emergency - Sienna Plantation!
I took my daughter here to get her hand x-rayed. Everyone was wonderful! We were the only ones there, so we were in and out in less than an hour. I had my 2 other children with me as well, and they made sure that they were comfortable as well. We will definitely go back here if needed.
Saw Dr Jones Tuesday May 26 2015. Went in with what I thought was a kidney stone, at first Dr. Jones had the same opinion, but he ordered a CT scan just in case. Thank goodness he did, my appendix was the problem. He wouldn't let me leave or even get off the table. Sent me to the hospital and I was the operating room in less than 3 hours. He didn't know it (can't tell by the scan) but my appendix was already perforated--that's a very bad thing. I thank Dr. Jones, Crystal, Belinda and Sean for taking such good care of me.
I visited FIRST CHOICE EMERGENCY ROOM@SIENNA PLANTATION on Sunday and was Pleasantly surprised. They definitely lived up to the TV Commercial. The Personnel was Extremely nice. Everything moved along so quick n smooth . I checked in saw the Nurse then.Doctor,sent to X-ray back to room offered Gatorade Doc came back in , had Consult , given injection n scripts then on my way home, all within 40 mins. I had a little accident Sunday morning before church and had to run over to First Choice to make sure I didn't need stitches on my finger. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Dr. Hathorn and the other staff were friendly and kind. I would visit again -- but I hope I won't have to!
They did a great job.. Very nice and helpful! I really was impressed with the dr and nurses!
