My boyfriend and I were in SA on a weekend getaway, but I got a UTI and couldn't take the pain. We searched for the nearest ER with good review and drove to First Choice. I loved the place since the moment we walked in, everybody was so pleasant and helpful. I was there last week for myself. I ended up having to be transferred to the hospital to stay in patient, but I received wonderful care while there. The staff and doctor were great and caring. If I need emergency care again, I'll definitely go back.
I brought my 2 year old here around 3am to get checked since I was afraid he had an ear infection. As soon as we walked in the receptionist was very friendly and greeted us. We were called back within 5 mins. The nurse and doctor were awesome and very patient with my son who was screaming his head off. We saw Dr. Vasconcellos and he was amazing. He listened to my concerns and did a great job checking over my son. I absolutely loved my experience here and will be returning to this location for emergency care.
