I'm glad I made First Choice my 1st choice to go to when I fell down & hurt my ankle. My husband went in to get a wheelchair & right away Cesar came to get me & take me inside. Mandy (nurse) & Dr. Mennit were very nice, friendly & very attentive. I would like to THANK each and everyone for there kindness & concern they showed while under their care.
Just came from here. My youngest daughter wasn't feeling well. Took her here and we in and out in about an hour. She had strep throat. Staff was outstanding and very patient!!!!! Friendly and the experience was awesome! So glad this ER is here! Minutes away from my home. So grateful for that!

First choice is amazing!!! As soon as you walk in the front desk (Yvette) was friendly and attentive. Nurse Robin took down all the information necessary even though there was a language barrier between her and my mom. Doctor Harrison came in soon after and ordered lots of studies which included radiology (Amanda). All the staff was friendly and attentive to any need. Thank you first choice potranco!!
My 8 month old took a little tumble down the (carpeted!) stairs...every single person involved with her care was so sweet and caring-the nurse even took little goodies out to my 5 and 3-year-old waiting in the car with my husband. They were very attentive to her and really made sure she was ok. I left feeling like she had been in great hands!
Can't say enough nice things about the staff and this entire facility. I visited this location early on a weekend morning because I was very sick and very scared. It should be noted that it takes A LOT to get me to go into the doctor. I'm super nervous and jittery about the entire experience. When I visited First Choice I told the Nurse, Technicians and physicians that I was VERY nervous. There were incredibly kind and understanding. Took care of my 6 year old daughter at 2am with great care and kindness. Thank you staff of First Choice ER - Potranco.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We were seen right away for my son's sprained thumb. Xrays were taken and evaluated quickly. We were there for less than an hour. I would like say thank you to the nurses and Doctor Bonnett.
Very friendly and knowledgable staff! So glad I made the right choice in choosing to go to this location. Definitely recommend going here for any issues you may be expieriencing!
