Went to FCER on Saturday 02/13/2016 to take my son in to get examined. My son was previously playing in a soccer game and was hit in the temple with a knee. Needless to say a couple of hours later was complaining of nausea and headache getting worse. Susan at the front desk was pleasant. Our over all experience there was wonderful. Juan the radiologist was amazing with my son and Nurse Dorothy was just a great. Dr. Ogden was great and very informative on my son's CT results.
I was promptly seen upon arrival, staff was pleasant and I was treated and released quickly.
Thank God the first clinic we drove to was not opened (even though they advertise 24/7) because everyone at 1st Choice Emergency Room was awesome. Yvette, front office; Amanda G, radiology; D Annis, nurse, and Dr. Ogden could not have been more helpful. I especially liked that the doctor was not condescending about what I'd read on Google about my husband's condition. My husband's insurance had not kicked in, and the doctor invoked something about it being necessary that my husband be seen and we were not billed for the visi... read more
I came in with a bad cough and they knew right away what to search for. They found early signs of pneumonia. Other than being really sick, they made me feel so welcomed. All the staff is kind. It is really fast and I love the decorations for the holidays. I also love the goodie bad at the end.
Everyone was very helpful and considerate. They took very good care of my son. Highly recommend!
Just walking in the receptionist , Flo was very nice and welcoming . I had been there before and I loved the staff, this time I took my 5 year old and I was impressed! The room was super cute for children and the TV with cartoons instantly made my daughter feel at ease. Dr. Harrison,nurse Corey, and radiologist Larry were wonderful with my daughter! My daughter has never felt so comfortable and happy at an ER visit.
I was so sick a couple of days ago and they got me in and out! Wait time was less then 15 minutes and they accepted my insurance . Also the staff was so friendly and helpful . Hope not to them again soon but if I have I will definitely go there !
It's never good when you have to go into the ER but I think this may be the most efficient ER on the planet. I wasn't even done filling out my paperwork and I was already taken back to a room. The nurses and doctors on staff that Sunday were wonderful. Thank you for your help !!!
