I had my first session with Dr. Ray yesterday. I have never had an adjustment before. I was under the impression that you only go to the chiropractor when you had an accident. I now understand that this should be a lifestyle. At any rate, he was very informative and caring during our session. I got out of our appointment much more relaxed than a massage appointment.
