Michael was honest and excellent. He quoted me a fair price and did a great job repairing the opener - adjusting belt and replaced wheels. Another company on homeadvisor - who I will not name - quoted me almost $100 more for same repair then dropped the price when I mentioned the other quote. Needless to say, I went with Michael.

Everyone I worked with was friendly and worked with me to stay within my landlord's budget for repair. There was a delay in getting the proper equipment and they kept me in the loop on everything, never had to call them to check on status.
The technician showed up early, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective parts. He was very friendly, professional and courteous and I would be glad to recommend this company.
