I called the company at around 5 pm. and arranged meeting at 7:30 p.m the same day. The customer service was outstanding and extremely timely. The price and warranty provided after the work was fantastic. I will call them up if I have any more issues with my garage door.

My garage door broke at 8:30 at night and I submitted my information online and received a phone call a minute later telling me that they could be at my house at 7:00 a.m. I couldn't even open the garage door manually. They fixed everything in 1.5 hours. Great job!

Very prompt, extremely courteous and a job well done! Garage Door opener was working intermittently(opener was installed 2 years ago). Turns out it was not the opener but the actual garage door itself. FIX: Replaced garage door spring and roller on garage door at a very reasonable price. I would also like to thank Michael the service technician who explained everything in DETAIL and gave me recommendations and/or choices on the repairs on my garage door.
