Michael looked at the problem, told me what he would need to do to fix it, and then gave me the total cost for the job. I also asked what the cost was for it to run automatically and he gave me that cost as well. He then completed all of the jobs wanted/ needed because he was prepared with everything on his truck.
Did a great job. Excellent job of explaining issues and remedies. Made recommendations for fix but didn't try to oversell or add on to the job at all.
