All they do is refer you to other organizations that refer you back to them and waste your time.
Ya sure decent I have no more to say.
They need to work on their skills and way to help family that in need not just give them tent and sleeping bag.
This place is a joke. They offer rides to medical appointments etc; and I had asked my recovery specialist A WEEK IN ADVANCE for transportation to a very important appointment and he agreed. So a week goes by and I check in to see if he was still coming and I received the answer of "I won't be able to" - he would have left me hanging if I had not have asked him first. SMH
3 because I spoke with Megan who was an absolute 5 star help. She was incredible with helping me with my mindset and resources. She recommended I call back because she didn't want to overwhelm me. I appreciated that. When I called back I spoke to a man who was anything but helpful. I would give 0 stars if I could he actually made my condition worse than when I initially called. Of course he didn't share his name or I would have listed it here.
