This place is a joke. They offer rides to medical appointments etc; and I had asked my recovery specialist A WEEK IN ADVANCE for transportation to a very important appointment and he agreed. So a week goes by and I check in to see if he was still coming and I received the answer of "I won't be able to" - he would have left me hanging if I had not have asked him first. SMH
3 because I spoke with Megan who was an absolute 5 star help. She was incredible with helping me with my mindset and resources. She recommended I call back because she didn't want to overwhelm me. I appreciated that. When I called back I spoke to a man who was anything but helpful. I would give 0 stars if I could he actually made my condition worse than when I initially called. Of course he didn't share his name or I would have listed it here.
Extremely poor customer service, absolutely No crisis intervention skills whatsoever.
